Dr. Lexa has been active in the radioactive waste management field for more than 25+ years, working for both government institutions and private companies in Europe and the United States. He is an expert in radiation detection & measurement technologies and radioactive waste management. He is also co-founder of DuAl GmbH subsidiary TechMart s.r.o. – a firm specializing in lead-shielding, iso-kinetic air-sampling, and non-destructive waste assay. Dr. Lexa received his Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
